But then sometimes I get it confused with zeta (also right).

oddly enough, i was talking to this visiting professor a month or so ago about superconductor stuff and the superconductor coherence length came up and i was all "huh?" and he points to this equation in the paper i had and i said "oh, the squiggle!"
