i've come across two songs:

you're a mean one mr grinch
video killed the radio star

both apparantly done by the offspring.

does anyone know if this is true, and if so what they were done for.

neither of them are offspring songs. just mislabelled. the grinch one is from the jim carry movie of that name.

You're right. But wrong. I totally forgot that song, but it did really sound a lot like the Offspring did a cover/parody of the theme-song of the movie. I'm 99% it was offspring who covered it.

Ok, Video Killed the Radio Star remake, PUSA or the Presidents of the United States.
As for the Grinch, the song of contention goes down on the soundtrack as being attributed to Jim Carrey.

dunno bout barbie gir,

but cocktail is on end of ixnay on the hombre vinyl, it's not a song just spoken workds on how to make a molotov cocktail.
