they have like 2 or 3 pop-punk songs per album since pretty fly, this does not make them pop-punk, simple plan, blink 182, thats pop punk, not songs like da hui, cant repeat, the noose ect

Americana is such an awesome album, i think they perfectly incorporated just enough melody and pop to sound great, without masking the punk core of the songs. Great singles, great track list. Have you ever and pay the man are the ultimate standout (non-single) tracks as far as i'm concerned. so yeah i'd vote new stuff, but Splinter and Conspiracy didn't really do it for me as much as The earlier stuff did. bummer
