Moderators should actually be able to ban.

The current system of suggesting spammers to the admin would be alright if it was IP banning we were talking about.

However, as it is now; you can *not* get rid of spammers right away; and, if they do get banned by the admin eventually, they'll just set up a new account and get back to work.

Discuss.

I already send the admin a PM to ban him.

Yeah, they should be able to. BUT the admin should be able to overrun (is that the right word) a ban if it's just because the mod has something against the person in question, for example.

I second that; although plane tickets and cattle prods may be more fun.

Well, for those of us that speak English, it's "overrule". Also, those of us that speak English use question marks after we pose a question.

I am sure that neither Dave nor Endy would abuse their powers for that purpose.

Look, I have a massive headache; it is 'overrule' but the word had simply deserted me. And anyway, it wasn't so much of a question as a note to myself.

Like I've said before, all the mods powers should be able to combine captain planet style to be able to ban.

that might be ok, but i don't believe any single mod should have the power to ban.

Christ Jenny, you really can't admit you're wrong, ever, can you? Not even over the smallest most trivial little things. I pity you.
