BandMaking.ca (http://bandmaking.ca) is a really good resource for musicians.
On BandMaking.ca you can post a profile FREE, with your interests, and what you play, etc.
You can search for musicians or bands based on:
what instrument they can play, what band member they are looking for, location, etc. and there should also be tons of other info to help start a successful band.

Reply to this thread if there's anything that you find difficult or hate about making a band or getting along with band members. For starters, I hate people that whine about sucking when they play a show. Don't tell everyone you suck, it just kills the mood! I hated how my last singer wouldn't stop complaining about sucking, even though we played amazing shows with over 50 people rocking out in front of the stage.

I seriously think a lot of people here would be interested. I'm a student making this site and i can't afford to advertise. I hope it doesn't just get taken down. And I hope I can provide musicians with a lot of useful stuff, so see if you can get something out of it.. you don't have to pay for it.
