From what I can tell, The Second one is more accurate.

I don't play guitar, I play bass, But From what I can tell By a quick play-through, The Second one is better.

I play guitar, and when looking for tabs, I usually take different parts from different tabs, what sounds best to me. Maybe you could play both and find out what parts you think sound better in one thab than in the other
