Well, the economic circumstances could affect minorities more significantly, leading to a majority of the looters being of a disadvantaged background. If the majority of those in that group are black, then it's perfectly reasonable that a large majority of the looters would be black.

It's got nothing to do with a race being more prone to acts such as looting and murder - history has economically segregated the races, and since that gap is not yet closed, it stands to reason that a large portion of the looters would be black.

Nothing to do with whether a certain race leans more into criminal behavior than another, and everything with whether a certain economic layer will - the fact that said layer has a majority of blacks says nothing for the race.
