Third-party pop-up blocker

Sorry about this series of threads, it's just that I keep trying everything else, so I have no one else to turn to except the intellegent board members (You should know if I'm referring to you).

Certain pop-ups that are needed won't come up. Instead, it says, "Whoa! You may have a pop-up blocker installed."

How do I get rid of the third-party pop-up blocker? AOL insists that it isn't it's own, and I configured everything I could find...

Try holding down the control button on your keyboard when you want to view a popup. I know at least for the Google Toolbar, it temporarily disables it.

I downloaded Firefox, then I * supposedly * downloaded the Java plugin, and did EVERY MOTHERFUCKING THING I WAS FUCKING SUPPOSED TO and now it just FREEZES on the loading screen. SonuvaBITCH, this is fucking shit. Any more ideas, anyone?
