Right, ok. I'm considering buying a SOAD album. Could anyone reccomend me a good one to start with? =)

Self-Titled its atleast 2x better then all the others.

Toxicity has the most radio hits (3, I think), and that's the first one I got. You should probably get it first because you'll recognize more songs off it.

you'r probably right about that but i still think the self-titled is beter.

Thanks for the advice. I'd been reccomended Toxicity before, so I think i'll go with that =)

When you start adding to your collection leave out steal this album. I hated it with a passion. Definetly go for Mesmurize, and then when November 22nd roles around pick up Hypnotized.

I'd say start with Toxicity. Then I'd probably go with Mezmerize and Steal This Album.

toxicity...big time...i mean that cd has other great song...like chop suey..aerials...i think that you would enjoy that cd

I love Steal This Album! It has the funniest name ever and has awesome music.
Wouldn't start with that one though. Buy them in this order:


1.Mesmerize
2.Toxicity
3. Steal This Album!
4. Self-titled

I like Steal This Album! better than Toxicity, but Toxicity has more radio hits.

Mezmerize* I liked Steal This Album Mezmerize is th worste so far i beleive.

get Toxicity, then Self Titled. Steal This Album is pretty damn good too.

Eh, i dont see what was so great about Steal this album! It had all the tracks that didnt make it on toxicity.

For the love of god luceh, get Self titled first, it IS the best. I don't know what the hell is up with the rest of you, Toxicity is nothing up to that one
