I just saw these three bands last night. They were awesome! Although sadly, I had to leave in the middle of the Foo Fighters portion of the show, because it was a school night, and me, my sister, and my dad needed to get some sleep, but I still loved what I saw. And I got great seats, very close to the stage, on the side the bands entered in, so it was probably the best concert I've ever been too. Weezer did some quirky things. First, they played the Foo Fighters' Big Me, because they heard the Foo Fighters weren't gonna play it. Then, they played "El Scorcho," and they changed the line "I asked you to go to the Green Day Concert" to "Foo Fighters Concert."(I thought that was funny)
Then they played Blur's Song 2 right at the end of "Photograph"(I don't know if it was supposed to be a new ending to "Photograph" or just something separate, but it fit and sounded really good.) Then, they threw drumsticks out in the stands and left the stage temporarily. Then they came back on the stage to play an acoustic version of Island In The Sun, and then they got somebody from the audience to play acoustic guitar on "The Sweater Song."

Has anybody else been able to catch this tour? I know they don't always open with the Kaiser Chiefs, they open each concert with a different band(last night they just happened to open with The Kaiser Chiefs) but has anybody else been able to go to this Weezer/Foo Fighters Concert?

Back on topic, I went to this tour in my hometown Detroit a few nights ago. It was one hell of a show. Probably one of the best I've seen, ever.

I know. I really didn't want to leave in the middle of that concert. But I saw part of the Foo Fighters' show, I just had to leave after "Times Like These"
in order for me and my family to get some sleep. I was really bugged when I saw the setlist and found that I had missed "This Is A Call" and "I'll Stick Around." But oh, well. Life Happens

And by the way, no, my sister is not hot, and I will not post a pic of her.
