noodles was a kid actor i think and he played baby noodles in some play then after that he was called noodles

btw just to be annoying... and more specific - dexter was the nickname given to him because he was studying for a phd in molecular biology and was always in the lab and for noodles i heard from somewhere, as someone else says, that he was given that name for his constant noodling on guitar :D

dexter was really smart at school and he was called "poindexter"
noodles really didnt choose his nickname, he was a kid actor and he played a part in pink flamingos baby noodles he played
