on the CMVC in COAP (come out and play) live the dexter doesnt say "take him out" in the corus does anyone know why?

Maybe they said it softly so that the audience could join in and say the "take him out" part? I haven't watched my DVD for a while so I don't really remember.

Yeah i always thought it was for the audience to join in, but fukin hell, the crowds at the concerts on the DVD were piss weak, wots the deal with that? They are crazy over here in australia :D :p
