I like the handful of songs I've heard by Black Eyes. I've been listening to them for a while but have never gotten any of their albums for some reason. They're definitely my favorite out of the bands up there, though I would've picked Speaking in Tongues or Black Plastic over the one you put up. I like how they get you hooked into a groove with one thing (typically the bassline) while most the other bands don't throw you a hook at all. I liked the Locust song a lot too and the one by The Plot to Blow up the Eiffel Tower. Deceiver's Voice was pretty cool too, but I didn't like the other XBXRX song that much.

I downloaded some of this stuff earlier today. I'm not sure whether or not I like it for the music or just the oddity of it all. I know that I love to send some of it to my friends as "the coolest of the new bands that came out." Haha, they all think I've lost my mind now, but it's awesome. I really liked Black Eyes and AIDS Wolf, out of those, but the Ex Models were great too.
