A Music Shop That Hates The Offspring

today I went to this music store in the city called The Missing Link, it has mostly underground stuff but what bothered me was that they had all these other mainstream bands there like Blink182 (ugh),Green Day (double ugh),AFI (their OK), The Used (triple ugh) and stuff like that but they didn't have The Offspring, like they also had T-shirts and hoodies and stuff there but nothing of The Offspring, no CD's, no t-shirts, nothing. I was just a big dissapointed, i was hoping to get a t-shirt. Anyone else from Australia been to this chain of music stores?

Wow. You really jump to conclusions quickly. Just because they have no Offspring merchandise doesn't mean they hate them.

A lot of times independant stores will sell CD's by the bigger, mainstream bands in alternative rock to draw people in so they can make more of a profit, instead of alienating people who don't exclusivly listen to underground music. (Those people are stupid and narrow-minded anyway). The Offspring isn't really a big seller on either sides, so they probably didn't want to waste money stocking their merchandise.

Its as simple as this, they may me an underground store, but the fact is they need to make money (hence all the mainstream bands) there could be hundreds of reasons why they had no Offspring merch, why bother speculating?

I may be immature and ignorant but I'm not retarded, remember I am still a kid so I have a right to be immature and stupid at sometimes, and people who actually know me and are friends with me would know that I am actually a very intelligent person, I got the highest score on my year 5 Aim test and I was the second youngest person in my class, and I also have lots of other good qualities, like I am a very artistic person and I got chosen to be in the year 7 orintation video last year because of my painting, so before you go and call me stupid remember that you know absolutely nothing about me, if you ask my best friends you'll know that I'm a very funny,intresting and smart person, so if you still choose to make fun of me that's your own problem
