The Offspring version IS better than the Ramones one. For one thing, the Ramones' lead singer's voice gets annoying after a while, whereas Dexter's...uh...doesn't.

I've never heard the Offspring's version of this song. The Ramones are my 2nd favorite band, so obviously I love their version, but the best version I've heard is the Adicts version(Now that is an awesome cover).
