For those that drink

What is your favourite alcohol and why?
Mine tends to vary greatly over the year, I used to like vodka quite a bit, but lately my posion of choice has been Kahlua, mainly the smoother taste, and also I like coffee quite a bit, so it seemed to make sense to me.

I love sweet drinks, like Bailey's, Tia Maria, Amaretto - all suitable for coffee, but I'd never mix 'em. I'm a great fan of cocktails; Sex on the Beach, Pina Collada, Cuba Libre, etc.. rum is terrific, especially when it's old Cuban rum. I'd drink that straight, but any other I'd mix with coke, or something else. vodka mixes are way yay, especially with cassis, but vodka pure is also fanfuckingtastic.<3 Campari with a tiny bit of orange juice & ice is brilliant. then there's 'dropshot' (liquorice shots), Malibu, boswandeling (forestwalk) & Martini Bianco. they're all very enjoyable.

but when I'm just having a drink with friends, when going out.. it'll always be either red red wine (you make me so fine), or beer.

I'm a lightweight bitch who only drinks long drink and cider. And beer, at times. Finnish beer, not any of that imported shit that tastes like crap.

Okay.
I'm a sucker for the Slovak Blue Lagoon. It makes me feel so wonderful. The one in Germany was yucky shit. Other than that I'm not much into sweet drinks.
Vodka + Fanta Orange/OJ
Absinthe (on fire, yay)
Koniferum + Tonic (40% clear spirits)
Red wine (sometimes with Cola)
White wine (sometimes with Sprite)
Demänovka + OJ sometimes (40% herbal spirits)

Czech Beer (referring to Urquell) is the only beer that doesn't make me puke after drinking one beer. All other beers make me puke after a can.

However I'm able to drink bottles of vodka and be relatively fine.

I'm not a fan of any particular type of alcohol over another. They all do the trick if you need 'em to. But my favorite drinks are:

Black Tooth Grins
Rye & Coke (Americans call it whiskey?)
Rye & water

Just a note, iDrink.com has the recipe for Black Tooth Grins all wrong. It's 2 oz. of scotch, 1 oz. of Jager and splash cola on that.

i have tried a few different beers and still cant seem to find a good different one from the ones i usually do drink. anyone have anyones they might have to recommend. i ususally just drink Corona, Amstel Light and Sam Adams. i tried a few and cant find anyother ones i like. throw a few good ones at me so i can give 'em a shot. i like beer when im just hanging out with friends. when i go out to bars and stuff i just like different kind of mix drinks, i dont have any favorites in liquor

Vodka is my mix of choice... I like vodka/cranberry juice, also ceasar's are super.

Bailey's is delicious...

Not a huge fan of Tequila, but Margarita's can be quite nice if well made, love the salty/sour combo.

Some friend and I went to an incredibly seedy bar, because the Tequila shots were cheaper. A 40 year old woman started flirting with one of my friends. It was hilarious.

Hard to explain, but nothing much like it should. It had the name Dr. Pepper on the bottle, but tasted more like coke.

I think from the can and bottle here it's very strong.
I like it best from a soda fountain, but when there is too much syrup or too much fizzy stuff, whatever it's called, it tastes really gross!
It's my favorite soda tho.

Alcohol -Kamakazi on the rocks, or a vodka and club soda
Wine - Dried Roset
Beer - Heiny, or Pilsner Urquel. I also like Czech Budweiser, which is the original. Not the crappy version that you can anywhere else in the world - there's a long story behind why.

vodka is probably my favourite spirit, as long as its a good vodka, like absolut, black and white russians are cool and i guess carlsberg export is my fav lager and hoegarden or spitfire are my fav bitters.....but i ain't to fussy as long as they haven't got animal bits in them or haven't been filtered through animal pulp or fish scales and stuff...
