Anyone know anything about this?

I haven't seen it in shops nor on the offspring website or forum and was wondering WTF it was. It seems like rare b-sides and covers and stuff, but I'm not sure.

i believe it was never released by the band, maybe someone made it (like a personal playlist or something)
