oh wow. ha ha. ok i'm sorry but i have to tell you the truth and not be Mr. nice guy. ok well, i can see that its got potential but its just not very good. First off, the proportions are off. she's got little midget arms, her eyes are way too close, and her nose is just plain funky. her boobs are different sizes and yes, those lips are extremely huge! and that left arm (looking at her) is in a weird position. you should make it like doing something different and not just hanging there all funktified. i'm guessing your about...oh 13 years old. Actually I'm hoping you are. because thats what skill level i would say you're at. I suggest studying the human body. draw from the inside out. do more action poses and start with simple shapes. try not to use contour lines. i'm majoring in animation so i know all the helpful tips. you asked how the hair and clothes were and i think they're nicely colored. but the hair should be a little less high and poofy. and if you're going for the "goth" look, you should probably research how a goth dresses. and get rid of that bicycle seat thing on her head. good luck with your future drawings. ;)
