Looksing for a chat client

Okay, so the other day I bought a Palm, a TX to be precise. It has wifi, so I can connect to the internet, but I don't have anything with which to chat. Well, I have Chatopus, which is 30-day shareware, and as I'm rather poor right now, I could do with finding something free. Anyone know of anything I can use?

And also, to make this thread a bit more useful, anyone else got any fancy handhelds lately?
