I CAME ACROSS THE ONE ORIGINAL OFFSPRING SKETCH I HAVE LEFT AND DECIDE TO PUT IT ON EBAY.

I haven't looked at my offspring cd booklets in a while, or most old CD booklets I have, but I love the artwork for "Want You Bad" and "All Along".

From what I understand, yes. Dexter came up with the concept, and Mr. Forbes is responsible for the artwork itself.
