I heard this story from a friend in a non offspring forum. does this sound like something dexter would do? is he rly a jerk?

good buddy and i used to play in a band and we were going to open for the offspring. my friends little brother was a huge offspring fanatic so we let him tagg along to meet them. he was so excited that he couldnt stand up hardly.

at the show we met up with them backstage and when Matt went in for an autograph he was shaking and couldnt even talk. he just said with a nervous studder. " cccann you ppplease sign this posssster sssirr, pplease" Dexter just starerd at him. and said " i dont have time for some little retard punk shithead kid!" he shoved him aside by his forehead and walk outside. Matt was 13 years old and was completely crushed. his brother my good friend Andy and our front man in our band. followed him outside and told him that he really should go and appologise to his brother. that offspring fucker looked at Andy and said that he wont talk to his litte brother and he is far to important to wast his time with some studdering little punk ass kid. soooo Andy knoked him the fuck out. laid him out right there on the floor. we left and refused to be the opener for the band and they had to go on early.

so if this fucking guy cant appreciate his fans that bought his product wich in turn has made him famous, then he need to just have his ass kicked every day until he realizes that his fans made him who he is. not his talent. or lack there of!!

It doesn't sound like something Dexter would do. I've never met him but people who have say he's really nice to the fans.

I'm absolutely positive that that story is fake. No artist would EVER treat a fan of his like that. It's just absurd. He could refuse to sign an autograph, but doing what they told he did is just plain ridiculous.

I met Dexter and Noodles in 2004...they didnīt have much time but signed everything....Noodles was really cool, talked a lot....Dexter even seemed a little bit shy, kinda reserved but he was also really nice...

It can't be true.
Dexter is a smart guy, so he should know how to behave.
I'm sure if he doesn't have time to sign something, he'll say it in a nicer way.
And judging by his attitude in interviews, he sounds more like a fun guy, to me.

why would dexter call someone a punk and mean it in a bad way....he is kinda...you know, a punk himself. Whoever wrote this sould go try and place tag with cars on the expressway. total retard....and by the way, your band was gonna open for the offspring, what band was this? so sad what some will do for attention
