I just buy music now. I used to download mp3z all the time but I just couldn't be bothered anymore. So many pop ups, broken links, damaged files plus I've gotten so much virus shit on my computer that I can't use it anymore 'til I get it fixed (and for the cost of fixing it I could've buy tons of cds, or some decent anti-virus software :D)

i got a 15 gb one. my one major warning with people thinking of buying an ipod is the battery. ive had mine for roughly a year and a half and the battery life has become weaker and weaker with every charge. and once the battery is rendered useless, it has to be sent off to the apple factory and a new battery costs $85 +postage, which is alot considering i got it for $500. damn annoying.

I don't trust rechargable batteries. I had a rechargable battery for my GBA but it only lasted a few weeks. And some chargers wreck your batteries. I've had my mobile phone for over a year and it works fine and stays charged for ages, but my mum has had the same one for six months and it runs out of charge really fast and totally stopped working so she had to get it replaced. The reason? she used a car charger kit all the time and it wrecked it, when she went to the shop they said "oh yeah you shouldn't use car chargers they wreck your phone" why do they sell them then? :confused:

I'd love one of those colour/video phones but I know so many people who've had problems with them. I had to get a cdma phone (cause I get such crappy reception at my house) and I get really good reception on it but it doesn't do anything fancy.
