Playstation Emulators

I have a friend who really wants to play FF7 (it's obviously not me since I don't like that game.) Anyone know any good PSX emulators? and ROMS?

I did this over the past few days, they are extremely annoying to configure, I ended up downloading a program to configure the emulator for me, which I will say was awesome, I have everything working now.

Google for "ePSXe" thats the emulator, then google for a program named "Delta" to go along with it.

EDIT: neih's link has the ePSXe link, it's the best emulator you're gunna find, but it's really annoying to configure, so yeah, try to find Delta.
