I went to a park to study, and I found out I could choose like 5 different networks to connect to. I love this city. And this weather. I almost even love studying.

I wish I could be online outside, but there's no wireless internet around here. Oh well, I'd probably drop my laptop in a pile of dog poo or something.

I don't even own a laptop. poor me.

nice image there, Tizzster. & lovely surrounding to spend your time in!

I'm actually surprised I can reach something here, this park is HUGE, and I'm pretty far away from any apartments, but I guess I'm just lucky?

I just moved spots so I could get a little more comfortable (now I have a tree to lean against!), and there are even more networks here! This one is faster than our internet at home. Depressing.

Wow that's pretty awesome. But there are no buildings near Kongens Have:confused: Where does it come from?

I took some more pics, some even have me! Wooo. I might post them tonight, I can hardly see my screen because of the sun, and chances of me posting one where I look hideous would be way too big now :P

I have no idea! There are loads of different ones too! And it's fast! I might have to come here to download or something! :P

The correct form would be, "(I'm) In your parks, stealing your internetz", though.

I'm not stealing the Queens internetz though! At least I hope. Or else I can forget about that resident permit. But I am in her parkz. Or Gardenz.

That's nice to hear, at least I feel like it's not so backwards that not many places have wireless here. That was one of the reasons I did not buy a laptop, but went for a new computer instead.

Anyways, nice park. The weather here looks just the same.

Studying in a park? Oh God, it sounds like something I will never be able to do. It's impossible to stay alone in a park for ten minutes if you are a girl.

That park looks wonderful by the way. Just like the weather. The sky is still full with dark clouds here.

well no, not if you're some hot violon cello playing girl from Turkey called Gulsah who has superior make up-skills.

I can't sit in the sun for over five minutes. I just get restless & annoyed with the heat, so then I move to the shade. but I get just as restless there as in the sun, so then I move to a sunny spot again. it's like a damn marathon.

in short; I need to study indoors.

I wish I was outside in a huge park, just relaxing without a care in the world, instead I'm stuck indoors, trying to write an essay, with the sound of builders hammering away in the background :(

That painfully reminds me of three important facts : No laptop, no nice weather, and two essays and an oral presentation to write for God knows when. I forgot :(

This is why I'm STUDYING in the park! But I like to study and surf at the same time :P

I just took a little break to buy sunlotion. Little miss redhead here didn't have any (I mean...Denmark, april, I didn't think I'd need any yet!) and I got sunburned right away. My arms now match my red top. Luckily they have no polka-dots.

Aww getting sunburned sucks.
Direct sunlight is bad for you anyways. I never sit in the sun, I always prefer shady places. That way I'll get a slight tan and avoid headaches (black hair that absorbs the sun, anyone?)

But it's not as hot here as over there (if it's anything like the 27 degrees it's in Holland that my mom told me about over there), it's not nice in the shadow yet! In summer I stay in the shades too though, I hate sunburn, and I don't tan anyway, so there's no reason to try and overheat/burn.

Aaah, my battery is running out!

Are you done studying for today?

I've been stealing wifi for months now. Thank God at least a couple of my neighbors are technologically illiterate.

now I'm done working for uni & want to go outside. but I can't, because I'm frustrated & angriez & therefore can't take a shower, therefore can't get dressed & therefore can't leave my boyfriend's house.

don't ask, it all makes perfect sense to me. I'm waiting for my boyfriend to get home & see me sitting here, so he'll feel guilty that he leaves me to rot here EVERY time he brings me to his place, because the man's in his fooking internship from 8 till 6. BOO.

Do you have to look dirty by not showering to make him pity you more? :P

I too am currently stealing internetz.
We're changing our internets provider, so I'm without the web for awhile, so for the fun of it I tried seeing if I could pick up any wireless on the laptop while I wait for the internets people to come out and hook me up.
It worked.

I don't have internet at home (only at university), so I'm currently stealing my girlfriends! I've tried getting onto someone elses network at home, but it's just that little bit out of reach :(

I would love to be able to use a computer outside, but we don't even have a laptop so there isn't much chance; but working outside always make me more tierd than working inside and i'm not really sure why.

I don't think Austria believes in wireless :( That is one thing I miss about Minneapolis... the whole campus, no matter where you are, runs free wireless... and they've been working on making the whole city run on free wireless... dunno if that's been achieved yet. I'm jealous, though. I'd love to go hang out in the park with my computer...

I think the uni across the street from college has wireless and it's $10 to have the techs allow you on it for a semester, but I'm not sure how far out it goes. And I've been teaching my aunt how to steal internetz from technotards in her apartment building.

That whole "I'm in _____, _____in' ur ______" bit....where did it originate?

Sinister
04-16-2007, 10:21 AM
"In your base, killing your dudes" and various misspellings of it, on StarCraft player chat if I remember well. Example :

<newbiejoe> dude where are you ? (He just noticed there were no units on his way to attacking the enemy base)
<aznpride> in ur base killin ur doods (lightning fast destruction of newbiejoe's base happens within seconds)

Basically used whenever someone asks what you're doing at the same time you're messing with them in any way.

I was about to suggest that it should be "im in ur parkz, stealin ur internetz" but that would have been excessive.
