Being in a famous band would be fun.:) I don't really care how much I earn though.Making a living out of singing would however be ace! The lack of privacy would be kinda annoying,but that's an "occupational hazard" of being in the public eye.If someone becomes famous,they can't complain when the media keep bothering them,as that's part of being a celebrity.

Not really, just isn't much appeal for me, though a little acting in my lifetime would be enjoyable i wouldn't want my privacy taken from me.

Money is good for certain luxuaries but i have no desire for huge amounts of it, after all i think the best thing about money is decideing what to spend it on not buying whatever you want.

Isolating one's self from material possessions and not wanting to make unnecessary amounts of money are two totally different things.

Material possessions or money. It's hard to get one without the other. But I mean if you don't want to make unnecessary amounts of money, that's your choice. It just has nothing to do with being a marxist.

Because all your first posts mentioned marx, the communist party, or something related to these things.

I'm very confused about who I am. I plan on trying to find myself in the next few months. Sometime in June I'm heading into the woods by myself for a week or two.

Being famous has always seemed something awful to me and I simply don't understand why some people are ready to ruin their own lives for fame.

Being rich though, it sounds nice but it's not that necessary. I'd be happy as long as I could afford perfumes, makeup thingies and books.

Actually I can't believe I just said that. I used to be very ungrateful and I always wanted more. I couldn't imagine a life without being an important person for everyone and ridiculously rich. I guess I grew up. Or got bored with living.

I have so much seething rage for some of the stuff I've read in this thread, but Jesse's tribute to Dr. Treez/Good Charlotte pwned my life hardcore.

Personally, I'll take the quiet fame that comes with being an accomplished short story writer/essayist, thanks.
