It's unlike some other hot sauces because it doesn't taste like spicy vinegar, it has taste.

Most hot sauces have taste to them, it's just the ones that try to imitate Tobasco sauce that taste like that.

I went to philadelphia once and johnny vee complained about hot sauce that had vinegar as the main indgredient. This was the onlymthing that I agreed with him on.
