I dunno if I've actually talked about APC here, but I've been of the opinion that APC is one of, if not the best, mainstream band of the 2000's.

Not true. I've never opened it. All you have to do is right click a .rar file and sellect unzip to *folder name* and it'll create a folder and everything. Or if you're putting stuff INTO a .rar file, just select them all, right click, "send to 'name'.rar ". It's really easy I've never opened it.

First, save the .rar or .zip to your computer, and find it. I'm using my desktop for this demonstration.

I know a lot of people tend to skip over it for some reason or another (probably cause it's his most outright religious album) but it's got some of his best stripped down songs on it, especially the opening track.

Yeah, the stripped down stuff on Illinois isn't that hot compared to the more extravagant stuff. On Michigan it's kind of the other way around, the stripped down ones are a little better than they were on Illinois, but the extravagant ones aren't as good. I normally prefer his bigger stuff too, but some of the stuff on Seven Swans is beautiful (http://download.yousendit.com/3029E9E03F9A92A1).

Personally, I like all of his stuff, regardless of style. I think he does a good job with almost everything he tries just because he's such a talented songwriter.

I do agree that the bigger stuff on Michigan is a tad weak when compared to the big stuff on Illinois. You can tell he's a tiny bit unsure of himself at that point.

The Documentary was my most listened to album of 2005. It's fucking brilliant. Put You On the Game is one of my favorites from there.
