No problem. I liked it a lot, but it still doesn't compare to their first two albums. I think I liked it more than usual though because 'City of Evil' was such a disappointment to me. With the talk about Eve 6... I generally agree that it's just a straight up good rock band, and they've done some pretty creative stuff. The first album was absolutely nothing new from typical pop punk, but it was enjoyable. Horrorscope is good. I can't think of anything else that sounds like that. And It's All In Your Head had quite a bit of very original sounding stuff on it.
Jakebert asked for Horrorscope, so I'm pretty sure there aren't just three people who like the band.
Anyway, I wouldn't consider them to be one of my favorite bands, but they're basically just fun to listen to.

They play classically influenced progressive metal with a tinge of hardcore. Which technically I think is called 'mathcore', but anyway, they're really good. Take a listen.
In regards to Eve 6, I tend to agree with llamas. Yeah, they are for the most part a general rock/pop band, but they have moments of genius. And, like I said before, they're lyrics are incredible. And also, llamas, if you missed my original post about them, they've gotten back together, started touring, and are planning for a new album. If you go to their myspace page, there are videos of them playing some of the shows, and a live video of a new song.

So, I have a present for all of you. Since a lot of people have uploaded things for me in this thread and I've barely uploaded anything due to my computer having a major lack of music on it right now, I've decided to upload some music that I'd reccommend to people just for anyone that wants it.
This is also a thank you for making this thread such a success. I thought this would be a thread that was immensly popular for a few weeks, then die out. But you guys kept it going, and I'm very happy about that.
So, for your listening pleasure:
Guided By Voices- Bee Thousand (http://www.sendspace.com/file/x93twg) (low-fi indie rock)
The Apples in Stereo- New Magnetic Wonder (http://www.sendspace.com/file/yhzcnw)(bright, upbeat indie pop)

Red House Painters- Ocean Beach (http://www.sendspace.com/file/mgygi5) (depressing indie folk)
R.E.M.- Automatic For The People (http://www.sendspace.com/file/0im0xg)(R.E.M.)
Sleep- Jerusalem (http://www.sendspace.com/file/iduth7) (stoner metal)
Sonic Youth- Daydream Nation (http://www.sendspace.com/file/yigp0w)(amazingly classic alternative rock album)

Nearly all ska that is not Bomb The Music Industry!, Streetlight Manifesto, or Arrogant Sons of Bitches is awful.
It's "nearly all" because there are a few songs by other ska bands that are alright.

Also: I'll be upping Hazmat Modine (www.myspace.com/hazmatmodine)'s Bahamut tomorrow or so. For a description:
It's a fairly good bet you won't hear another record like Bahamut any time soon -- because there isn't one. Hazmat Modine tap into the deepest veins of raw, unpolluted prewar blues and ancient jazz, then whip them up in a blender, tossing in strains of Caribbean calypso and ska, Eastern European klezmer and Balkan brass, Middle Eastern mystery, and more than a few unidentifiable elements that just somehow fit. The result is music that sounds at once ageless and primeval, authentically indigenous and inexplicably otherworldly, familiar and unlike anything else.

In case you didn't know, they recently got back together.
Also, I have Scary Kids Scaring Kids - The City Sleeps In Flames if anyone still needs it.
Also, does anyone have The Killers - Sawdust? I'm not a huge fan (with a name like The Killers, they definitley have a lot of "filler" songs), but i've heard that the album is pretty good.

Your assumpion was correct! Now to upload stuff it's really easy, simply compress the album into a rar file using winRAR 3.71 (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) (it's the top link on that page, also it's only a trial version but it seems to work forever anyways). Then once you have one rar file you simply upload it on a site such as sendspace (http://www.sendspace.com/), it shouldn't take too long, depending on internet connections of course.

As a matter of fact I do have three songs. Oliver Twist, Laws of Gravity, and There Really Is Something About Mary!
But I don't need to download them. I'm pretty sure that those three are all here. http://www.purevolume.com/fandangle
But yeah, they sound just like Less Than Jake. Which could be good or bad I suppose. I really love Hello Rockview and Losing Streak, but other than that it's just not my cup a tea.

Sorry for taking so long on this one, ruroken. Here's the rare Eminem stuff you wanted. It's just a bunch of random non-album tracks of his from about 1997-2004, when I stopped keeping up with his rare tracks.
He also has a verse on Obie Trice's "We All Die One Day" and "There They Go". The verse on "We All Die One Day" might be his greatest ever. His second greatest? That might be the one on 50 Cent's "Patiently Waiting". I didn't include those in this .zip file but you should try to get them if you can.
Anyway, enjoy (https://vspace.vassar.edu/rialmonte/eminemextra.zip?uniq=k6ptlj).
