Hey Guys, here's some Other Band Rules/Guidelines we wish you to keep in mind while posting.

First and foremost this is a forum to talk about other bands than the Offspring. Not your own bands (there's already a forum for that), not the Offspring (there's several forums for that) and not whatever else that's not about bands.

Second, We all appreciate spirited debates. And we hope to have many more arguments based solely on opinions that are hard to back-up. And since we're talking about Opinions/(beliefs) we can't truly ask you to always be well-formulated. In fact if you believe that Depeche Mode is gay, well you're probably right. That doesn't stop me and Johnny from playing them on the jukebox everytime we're out, or from us having sex with men. However keep the gay/suck/shit/awesome/yay comments to the relevant bands, and perhaps to their fanbase (if you want to discuss emo bands, or goth bands, nu-metal, etc you catch the drift I hope). But not to specific users. That's just being a dick and is uncool.

Third, to continue that idea. Don't post personal information. Unless it's about the detoxrocker's myspace. But maybe keep that to a minimum.

Fourth and finally, no spam. See the forum guidelines for what spam might be. But we trust you to keep your best judgement, and Johnny and I can smell spam from miles away, so don't expect to get away with anything.

On an ending note, the rest of the forum guidelines naturally apply to this forum as well. (With the exception of calling Depeche Mode gay, that still flies. Even if we do love Enjoy the Silence.)

I'm a little curious, have any of these new guidelines actually prompted you to delete anything in this forum yet?

Because I haven't really noticed, but I guess since it's being deleted thats not my job.
