First one, I heard Dexter sayin
"Buenos Noches" = good night or good evening
"Eso es nuestra primera vez en Columbia y yo creo que Bogota est de puta madre" = It's our first time in Columbia and I think Bogata is (I don't how to translate really there) motherfucker.
In the second, Noodles says
"Soy muy guapo" = I'm very beautiful
Hope I helped you.
Funny video by the way :D

"Eso es nuestra primera vez en Columbia y yo creo que Bogota est de puta madre"
puta madre would be translated as mother fucker but in that sentence it actually would mean something like, fucking rocks or something like that

"Buenas noches": Good night
"Esta es nuestra primera vez en Colombia y yo creo que Bogotá es de puta madre": This is our first time in Colombia and I think that Bogotá is fucking great.
"Puta madre" generally means motherfucker but not in that context though.
In the second one: "Soy muy guapo": I'm very handsome
I'm spanish so trust my translation xD
By the way I'm surprised with Dexter's pronunciation, it's better than expected.

Well, they were born and raised in California, so speaking spanish is not exactly a hard task for them

That's not necessarily the case. I live in California, and I've seen a lot of people who can't grasp the language. Region doesn't really have a lot to do with it.
