They're probably the remastered editions :)

yup the remastered ones. And since the shop lists them as imports (hence the price), it are probably the japanese editions.
If they are ever going to be released though. Given that they get postponed every time, my guess is that they'll get released around the same time as the new album, makes most sense promotion wise.

But Columbia has now the rights over that albums??? (well... technically Offspring has rights over Self titled don't?)

And the other question should be... Does Gurewitz has a new house, car or plane?

To answer your first question, probably not. You don't have to own the rights to something to sell it--only be a licensed wholesaler so you can buy the CD's at the wholesale price and sell at retail price to the public. Which, as a major distributor and reseller in its own right, Sony can do.

To answer your other question, who cares? I hope he does. Epitaph is an amazing label and indie success story and he deserves all the success he's had.

Meh, he has betrayed his own label and shit he defended through this years. And is not amazing. Unsound is the prove of it

That's bullshit. I've heard this so many times over so many years. There were some not so very nice incidents involving the Offspring and so many fans feel the need to pick up that gauntlet and run with it. And it just makes no sense, since none of us have the full story since I doubt heavily that they've divulged it.

But he DON'T play on tours... Ok, STOP!... this is not the matter of the thread.

I was pretty amusing about this remasterr stuff... Any prove that this is truth 100%?

Did anyone notice that the second like is untitled? If you click on the Offspring underneath it, it shows the full range they are offering including Offspring by the Offspring and untitled by Offspring.
Maybe SonyBMG are looking at a release date of March 25th?

thats a lot of money for the remastered editions, considering most of people already own the regular cds.

The cd's linked to in the first post are imports, they'll be out in your region (if they'll ever see the daylight) for the same price as a normal cd.

MMM... I hope so, cause here a brand new CD costs 15 to 20 bucks, but importation ones are to 20 to 45 bucks
