Offspring's last visit to Portland, OR was an epic tale of rock and roll, trials and tribulations. They blew out most of the circuit board on their third song (Gone Away), then the crowd and the band waited for 30 minutes for the house to attempt to correct the problem. For the second time, The Offspring blew the whole circuit board 30 seconds into the same song. They were great sports about it. The House then turned off every light in the place and all other non-band related electrical equipment in the joint (including A/C). By the 5th song of their set the second balcony was 90 degrees and rising. We were singing along and getting as naked as possible. It was great!!! We were all sweating bullets and stripping down. Men and women went topless without getting any guff from the establishment. It was like being in a sweat house with my favorite band!!! It was transformational and beyond awesome!!! The band could NOT have handled it more coolly and professionally. I'd do it again! Please RETURN, ASAP, for a sweat house revival!!!! We'll both strip for you again!!!!!!!!!
Portland love's OFFSPRING!!!!!!
Thanks,
Ken and Phyllis
