up and coming bands

i was online looking for some new bands and i really cant find that many good ones, so im asking for any good bands just starting out or are newer. any genre as long as it sounds good and doesnt sound like a bunch of animals recorded it :(
the only ones i really know of are:

one dying secret
blameshift
i hate kate
your favorite enemies

All i really listen to is underground metal which you would probably say is recorded by "a bunch of animals"

But there is a band that lived near me and are pretty good friends of mine who recently got signed to Victory Records. Their name is Thieves and Villians.

And there's a really good ska/metal band called Daly's Gone Wrong that I listen and have played with. I suggest the song "Die Die Die and then some..." it's on their myspace.

And if you like Daly's you could also check out Leftover Crack. They're more punk than ska but they're really really good. One of my favorite ska/punk bands ever. I suggest the songs "Gay Rude Boys Unite" and "One Dead Cop" Or just download the entire Mediocre Generica album.
