I know that looking at a PC a lot can produce tired look eyes, with bags and wrinkles and stuff. I don't look at the computer a lot, but I do at nighttime...Is this permanent, like, my whole life? If I never looked at a computer again would this go away? Is it reversible? Can I get rid of them?

I've always noticed my eyes have a line under them. I also played alot of video games when I was like, 3.

as long as your getting enough sleep, take regular breaks and are sit in a well lit room etc. i dont think it would have a major effect!

But I'm asking, is it permanent? Can it be reversed?

i'm pretty dark circle-prone myself, especially when tired. =/ you can try gently pressing cold teaspoons (or an ice eye mask) against your eyes... or cold chamomile teabags. or cucumber slices. you could also try a gentle eye area massage... it should help your circulation. oh, and make sure to drink plenty of water.
i use a de-puffing serum morning and night, and have an ice gel mask in the freezer for puff emergencies. it works pretty well.

I never get like a saggy or puffyness, but it turns darker than the surrounding skin... it usually gets back to normal for me when I dont look at the screen for a while. I usually have dark circles in the morning anyway because im so tired before school.

This is what you're talking about, right?
Even though this was taken at 8 in the morning, I have it all day, even if I don't use a computer or anything.

Yeah, although mine don't look that...extreme. I'm asking, is that permanent? And thanks for the advice people. I guess I'm a hypochondriac.
I use some anti-black-circle-shit from MAC, but I am beginning to doubt that it will ever work.
