I dispise reality shows. And I become slightly aggressive when people watch it while I am around (or rather, have to be around). I dont see the appeal at all, but I guess it's all just a matter of taste.

The first season of the Apprentice was interesting, but now it's just the same old shit, although it's still more watchable then the others.

The only one that i still really like is Kitchen Nightmares, just because i adore Gordon Ramsay; that said, i can't stand his other show, what is it, "Hell's Kitchen"?

anyway, yes, reality shows are even more phony than fiction TV. but honestly, does anyone believe they're *actually* unscripted? they're just as fake as all the other stuff out there!

I was tempted to watch what was in Danish called 'Hugh Hefner's Playboy bunnies' but I think it had a different name in English. Tizz wanted to watch that too, which was hot but might've been awkward. It would've been possible if I wasn't so lazy getting a new tv.

This. They're acting, but they can't act. Reality shows would maybe work if they were, I dunno, actually reality... and the people didn't have to try to act.

Per, I don't care if you hate Lost, but I don't see how it's remotely like Survivor, other than the basic fact that the characters are away from civilization.

You have obviously never watched Lost. It isn't even similar to Survivor. Whether you like it or not is beside the point, it's FAR from being a reality show.

Girls Next Door? it's not that interesting. hef wanders around eating hardboiled eggs and giving the bunnies awkward kisses on the cheek. the bunnies plan parties and events, shop and gush about how much they love hef. now and then there's a blurred out nip slip.
