I'm not sure how Rodney Mullen looked in 1997... :) I have found one video from 1997 and probably it's not him. I saw a lot of skate videos, but besides Rodney Mullen I didn't saw anybody doing that trick in 2:26-2:27. Therefore I thought it's him.

It's not rodney mullen. There is no question about it. Lots of people can spin while manualing. It's not that hard. I'm a giant rodney mullen fan, and that is without a doubt not rodney mullen. He looks nothing like rodney mullen.
