What's weird is, I don't even really like a lot of anime (I think I know 2 or 3, like at all)....but I immediately recognized 3 things in this video:

If I was Dexter, I'd want to avoid all recognition for that song... he's written some pretty good stuff for his band, but that Tokyo song is just so god awful. And the video? I realize that "awhile" is extremely vague. I'm not entirely cetain of when the censorship was lifted or even started. However, it can still explain why we have heaps of that type of porn today.
