haha, not really. but when I lived at home I didn't smoke, I ate much, much healthier, I had a strict dayrhythm & all of that is just down the drain now.

I eat sandwitches for dinner, never one leaf of salad, I go to sleep at 3 in the morning & get out at 2 in the afternoon (well, that's not entirely true.. just because I've been sick, actually), I smoke like a freakin' chimney...

all those things do affect my skin. I can clearly see it's in a much less good state now, than it was. all I can say is that scrubs can be awesomely good for your skin. & refreshing, too! then hydrating day-/night-creams. it should work. but I'm really no pro when it comes to this area. I'm ashamed to say I hardly do anything to make my face look like the way it does.

Scrubs are good, I know :) But dude, I have quite a regime when it comes to my skin... Deep cleansing every onece in a while, cleaning twice a day, and I do not leave the house without the daycreme. Nor go to bed without the night one. I'm just thinking of switching from Nivea to something else, but most of the other stuff is expensive :/ Oh nevermind anyway ;) Girly talk hehehe :)

Yeah, I think it's expensive, but I'll check and stuff. But to tell you the truth, Nivea has been perfectly fine for now, they have everything I need. I just want to try something else, but everything else is just... Insanely expensive in comparison. Like, Nivea day creme = 5€, pretty much any other brand (L'oreal and Garnier excluded I believe) = 30€. I don't get it :/

I do need a day creme with UV protection though :/
