Yes, they did promo in the UK very short ago (they might even still be there, I'm kinda lost with the promo stuff now, they have been all over Europe the past 2 weeks) but as for concerts:

Sarah: Yeah, the London was was all sold out last time, and that was before they released anything over there...and the single is #10 now there! (werird shit, hahaha!) soooo it might!! But the tickets aren't on sale yet, they are on Hanson.net only (for members...) so you have some time :p

I think you should go though, I went to an acoustic concert (2 actually) last November, and it was awesome, it totally got me back into them (as you can tell :o) and these shows will be electric, so probably even better!!! Will be fun!
