From what I've been reading this means Wheelchairman and Mota Boy. I got this essay question:

The sovereign does not need to be legally unlimited in order for there to be a fully functional, legitimate legal system.

I don't know if any of you know about jurisprudence but it's worth a shot. If you have got a clue throw some ideas out there.

Well it's not politics rather law but obviously both subjects interelate a great deal.
