Green Day is actually closer to real punk than most pop-punk bands. If their MELODIES weren't so poppy...

Probably new Offspring is least punk. In fact I never found Offspring to be punk to begin with. They are an awesome rock band, but I don't find them to be punk.

I haven't heard of some of the bands, but that alone makes me believe they are very punk. I voted for Green Day, but I don't hate them. Just because some people here do not like Green Day does not make them less punk.
