new guitar?

i have played the electrical guitar for almost 2 years, and the aucustic 3 years before that. tomorrow there is a sale on guitars and music stuff, and im thinking about buying the ndm model. http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.asp?model=NDM1
this since i love the offspring. but is it a good guitar? if i buy it, i wont be able to buy anything else until christmas or something... is it worth it? or should i wait, and buy a new guitar later?

For the love of god, don't get it. It's nowhere near worth the amount of money that you're going to pay. You're paying more and getting less because it's a sig so you're paying extra for the name. I'm not saying that it's a bad guitar, but you could do so much better with the money. I'm guessing your budget is around $500 since that's how much the ndm is worth. If you want a guitar with a fixed bridge, look into the Ibanez sz series. Those pwn the noodles sig any day of the week.

^ yeah, but it's Noodles' guitar! Which is ultimately why it's worth paying more! Even if he is getting ripped off - I guess it depends how much he wants to copy/idolize Noodles.
