Exactly.

Well, Dreamer Deciever by Judas Priest is THE best ballad ever made, so I guess that one counts. Victim Of Changes is slow, but heavy too... Manowar's The Crown And The Ring is slow and great. Today Is A Good Day To Die is really pwning too.... And Maiden's Afraid To Shoot Strangers is slow in the beginning.... And, like someone else said, Journeyman is also really good. Remember Tomorrow and Strange World are pretty kick-ass too. Revelations maybe also counts as slow. And let's not forget Judas Priest's Epitaph.
