Bad Religion- New Maps of Hell.

I know this is old news to be considered "breaking info", and a little early for a big speculation thread, but for those who haven't already heard, Bad Religion's new album "New Maps of Hell" is slated for release on July 10th, 2007.

The album title and song titles are fairly generic Bad Religion, but still seems somewhat interesting anyway. I like the last 2 albums, so I'll probably be pretty excited come late June. I'm not big on the album cover, seeing as it reeks of the lame "Graffiti" design style that's been plastered everywhere lately.

Well... the cover isn't that good (well... bad religion album's covers are not precisely the best), but I hope they can get better stuff that the orgasmic Empire strikes first

If I wasn't so lazy, I'd pull an 0r4ng3 and find the Nothing Nice to Say that has the "What do you call a punk rocker with a skin disease?" "Greg GRAFTon" joke.

Apparently it's supposed to sound (or... have the energy) like the good ol' HCHBAW days. Also, they're pretty much done recording, just need back-up crap to be done. But you probably already new that, if you frequent The BR Page.

What happened to that comic though? There hasn't been a new one in forever...

Anyway... I'm kind of excited for the next album. I liked The Empire Strikes First so, maybe this one will be good too. Although, I'm getting a vibe that this may be their last one, especially since the title and artwork is kind of reminiscient of How Could Hell Be Any Worse? That might just be me though.

Process as far as I'm concerned, is among like the top three records they've ever released. I guess the political factor was toned down for once, and the hippy trupunx kids turned nuts.
