You're right...but what does exactly Ixnay mean?

Ixnay means something like "to get rid of" and translated into "modern" language you could also say Fuck. I think Dexter once translated Ixnay On The Hombre into "Fuck authority"

Ixnay is Pig Latin for Nix which means to leave behind.
